Giving to our Capital Campaign

The Hopkinton Center for the Arts’ Capital Campaign is an ongoing effort to restore our historic barn structure into classrooms, gallery, and office space, and build a new event space for performances and community events.

To date the HCA has raised more than $1.7 million of its $1.95 million campaign.

$1.7 Million

Major donations to date:

$450,000 MCC Cultural Facilities Fund
$250,000 Kevin and Sandra Delbridge
$250,000 Community Preservation funds
$500,000 pledged by the Hopkinton Community Endowment (private donors)
$247,000 grant from the New England Center for the Arts, Franklin project
$55,000 ADA Act funds
Solect Energy Development donated solar panels and the installation

With these donations, the HCA has been able to frame the new performance wing and complete the barn renovations. Already, classes are utilizing the new space for our summer camps and workshops. But now, we need your help to raise the remaining $250,000. These funds will go towards helping the HCA fully outfit the performance center with flooring, lighting, a state of the art sound system, seating, and additional equipment.
