Kris Waldman, Co-Director
Ms. Waldman has extensive experience in recruiting, hiring, and managing artistic teams. She served as Executive Director of the Cultural Arts Alliance, where she was instrumental in its merger to create the HCA. Her management and award-winning art direction experience includes 15 years with the interdisciplinary design firm, Sasaki Associates and 4 years with the Boston advertising firm, Beisch & Associates. She has a B.A. from Dickinson College, Certificate in Graphic Design from Mass College of Art, an M.A. from Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University, and has graduated from the Leadership MetroWest Academy.
Kelly Grill, Co-Director
Ms. Grill has more than 10 years of experience in management of nonprofit arts and cultural organizations. She also has business management and operations experience in the administrative placement industry. She has a bachelor’s degree in theatre from Providence College and served as Executive Director for Enter Stage Left Theater (ESL) for six years.
Jennifer Puga, Marketing & Publicity Specialist
Ms. Puga has several years of experience in nonprofit marketing and communications, including most recently as marketing manager at The Boston Conservatory. She has a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of North Texas.
Sandee Buckley, Operations Manager
Sandee has over twenty years experience as a Human Resources professional, as well as an extensive background in theater arts event/project management. Sandee attended the Mason Gross School of the Arts Stage Management program at Rutgers University and has been a producer, director and stage manager for Enter Stage Left Theater since 2008.
Mary-Beth Elliott, Finance Manager
Ms. Elliott has over 25 years of financial and business experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Boston College and a MBA from Suffolk University. She is skilled in business practices, process improvement, and cost controls.
