Paint Night Party (For All Ages)
- Set-up in the HCA’s Art Studio
- 2 ½ hour instructor led paint project
- Large canvas and all materials
- Can be set up for a morning, afternoon, or evening event
Minimum: 8 participants (max: 12)
Cost: $40 per person
Ceramics Parties (For All ages)
- Set-up in the HCA’s new ceramics studio
- 2.5 hour instructor led ceramics project followed by half hour party time in the barn.
- Guest-of-honor’s choice of ceramics hand building project (mugs, fairy houses, animal bowls)
- Guest-of-honor learns how to make a small pot on the potters wheel after hand building project is complete
- Can be set up for a morning or afternoon session
Minimum: 4 participants (max: 10)
Cost: $425 (with party set-up in barn), if barn room is not need cost is discounted to $375
Projects will be available for pick up 2 – 3 weeks after the party and will be food- and dishwasher-safe.
Art Parties for Kids
- Use of the HCA’s 2nd floor event space in the newly renovated barn or the use of the art studio and another room
- 2 hour party rental
- 45 minute art lead activity (tailored to specific ages and your child’s favorite book, sport, or hobby)
- All art materials (*additional cost may be added for complicated or expensive materials.)
Cost: $325 for up to 10 participants ($15 per additional child)
*$50 discount if using the smaller art studio
**Additional $100 for parties larger than 15 kids to cover an additional art instructor.
If held at the HCA, this package includes:
- Choice of one princess (select from Anna, Elsa, Cinderella, Snow White, Ariel, Jasmine, Belle, Rapunzel).
- 90-minute program includes 60 minutes of 2 song sing-a-longs, 1 story, and autographs and 30 minutes of cake and presents.
- Total use of HCA space for party is 2 hours
Cost: $375 for up to 12 participants ($15 per additional child).
Additional options: To add a 2nd princess = $50 / To add a craft project = $50 fee for materials
If held at client’s home, this package includes:
- Choice of one princess (select from Anna, Elsa, Cinderella, Snow White, Ariel, Jasmine, Belle, Rapunzel)
- 60 minutes of 2 song sing-a-longs, 1 story, and autograph
Cost: $275 for up to 12 participants ($15 per additional child).
- 45-minutes of fun-filled activities, including acting games and the opportunity to create their own scenes
- Large assortment of costumes and props
- Use of the HCA’s 2nd floor event space in the newly renovated barn for 2 hours (includes set-up and break-down)
Cost: $350 for up to 12 participants ($15 per additional child)
*Additional $75 for parties larger than 15 participants for second party helper.
Art, Theater, and Princesses parties do travel! Please contact us to inquire about hosting an event at your home.
For kid’s parties, parents are responsible for set-up, decorations, refreshments, and cleanup. At least two parents must be present to supervise children at all times. Parents may arrive 15 minutes early for your party. To be able to fit in all of the fun activities, please be on time! Guest will be directed to your party room when they arrive. The room must be vacated after the two hours and left in the state in which it was found. Prices reflect daytime events. Last party time is 2 p.m. with a 4 p.m. end time.
You may bring a store-bought cake, ice cream and refreshments to the party. You may have pizza delivered from one of the local pizzerias or ask us about our list of preferred caterers. No home made goods allowed. Please no piñatas or confetti.
A non-refundable 25 percent deposit is required to hold the space with the balance due at least one week prior to the party. Please book parties at least two weeks in advance. Party rentals are based on availability. All party payments are nonrefundable.
